During the summer of 2025, I worked as a Production Assistant for Urban Academy, a preppy streetwear fashion brand based in Richmond. The project we were working on, called “Detention,” was a commercial featuring the comeback of Urban Academy.

My role focused on solving complex production challenges under strict budget, safety, and logistical constraints to ensure seamless execution on set. I assisted with model and location scouting while also helping orchestrate the rhythm of the set and overall production flow.

By the end of the apprenticeship, I proposed the behind-the-scenes video of the whole project, which was later published on the official page of Urban Academy. The video focused on capturing the creative energy, collaboration, and fast-paced production process behind the campaign, offering an intimate look into the people and moments that brought the project to life, bringing another side of the identity of Urban Academy.
